helped student with a PDA problem and reinstall Thomson software in the PDA

I fixed printer problem at room 207. The printer was displaying an error messages saying that need to be restarted.

Helped student to set up IPAQ Window Mobile with all the software.

The PC in the first floor next to the circulation desk is fixed and working properly.

It is a computer on the first floor behind to the circulation desk that looks like the monitor is having problems. I will replace the monitor and see if that fix the problem.

Helped a student with a laptop problem. She had Vista Home Edition and she were having problem after she power the computer on. An error messages came up said that the LogonIU.exe is corrupt, and then the blue screen of death. I told her to rebuild the computer because she have lot more problems, her wireless is not working either.

Helped student to install the Pendragon forms in the laptop.
