Here is a list of problems that have been fixed with this update:

*Assessments
- Questions without point values are causing non-numeric data to show up in the qti_XML which prevents assessments from working.
- Data Fix - This data fix is to clean up questions with out point values causing NaN to show up in QTI_XML.  Note this data fix could potentially take a long time to run.  Due to this the fix needs to be run manually.
- Cannot turn off Enter feedback for answer options on multiple select question type.
- Computation error in Algorithmic Questions when running Ln(x).
- Course Assistants cannot enter grades on assessments from View/Grade/Delete utility.
- Rounding of grades in LSN_RESPONSES can lead to rounding errors in student’s grades.
- Display of awarded points can be incorrect due to lack of precision in LSN_RESPONSES table.
- Error occurs when student still taking an assessment and Viewable time expires.
- Error on submit of an assessment with the Review Begins date enabled after the assessment is disabled even though the date disabled is disabled.
- After export and import to another course, question pools search for keywords in original course.
- Exports are not including points, keywords or difficulty level on question bank items.
- Following Import from Course or Group question pool still connect to source course.
- Course copy will keep question pools tied to the source course.
- Keywords referenced in other courses are getting deleted when a keyword is deleted from another course.
- Reordering of questions with hidden questions can cause the ordering of questions to be incorrect.
- Goto and Redirect Actions do not work for submit action for assessments.
- Message actions on assessments do not pause to deliver the message but instead are redirected too quickly and user cannot read the message.
*Discussion Forums
- Using the grade forum utility could result in unnecessary data in the Tasks > Ungraded Items.
- Discussion Forum directions are stripping out javascript.
- New discussion forum posts do not appear unless you refresh.
-’Null’ appears in the discussion forum directions when replying to a post.
- When using the Team User Journal in a discussion forum a student will sometimes not be able to see the posts.
When viewing the student posts from the grade forum they are case sensitive.
Embedded and script tags are stripped in drop box submissions.

*Other Course Content/Course General
- Embedded and script tags are stripped in drop box submissions. A new environment variable has been added to allow dropsobox submissions to contain javascript.  The variable is DROPBOX_ALLOW_SCRIPT_IN_SUBMISSION and is disabled (set to zero) by default.
- Content in a folder linked from a LOR is broken.
- Linking to a SCORM item from a LOR is breaking when trying to access the link.
- SCORM objects are no longer being reported to the gradebook.
- The Performance Against Standards report is not showing the mappings at the question level.
- Objective mappings are not copied during a course copy.
- Objectives aren’t mapped to content if Standards are disabled in course.
- Students can see all calendar items on a disabled course by accessing the Calendar tool in the toolbox nugget.
- Editing reoccurring events in the calendar may result in timezone issues.
- Updating the page banner on the course home page changes banners in other courses.
- When html tags used in About This Course nugget, the tags get corrupted when General Course Settings are saved.
- When the content item File is pointing to a html file, actions are not triggering correctly.
- Course Syndicated Folder is giving an Authentication Error.
- $FIRST_NAME$ token rendering incorrectly in course mail messages.
- Course mail Trash bin shows all deleted mail, regardless of course filter.
- The To: button in mail is not displaying the correct users when searching for ‘All Members’ the second time.
*Administrative/General
- AbandonURL is not working.
- Agents do not honor the TIMEZONE environment variable.
- ANGEL Live does not work (in JAVA APPLET MODE) in FF2 and higher and Java client version is 1.5.0_13 and higher.
- Editing account information does not update the PEOPLE table.
- Errors occur when exceeding INTERNET_MAIL_BATCH_THRESHOLD variable setting.
- HTTP Get Request for XML file fails behind SSL Load Balancer.
- Insight Window activity of parent/mentor recorded as student activity in logs.
- Setting TIMEZONE env var to central time exporting events to outlook will subtract an additional hour from the time.
- The API ASSESSMENT_QTI_EXPORT is not working for instructors.
- The CourseSmart component has been removed from ANGEL 7.3. ANGEL Learning, Inc. is currently pursuing a relationship whereby interested customers will be able to work directly with CourseSmart to supply eTextbooks. CourseSmart can be contacted directly by email: info@coursesmart.com.
- Step 9 in batch enroll process is not working.
- Students that have been removed from the system are no longer visible in an imported course when viewing grades.
- The Is Sent Folder method is returning too much data.
- Updates are not working when using windows SQL authentication.
- User_login IP not recorded properly in SessionLogs in a load balanced environment.
- When running XEI, dependent agent fails when Agent Service executes an Agent.
- WebEQ Applet Certificate has expired.
*LMS changes affecting ePortfolio:
- New ePortfolio dropboxes have ‘Save institutional version of graded files in user’s ePortfolio’ checked by default.
