Resetting your password is now easier than ever thanks to a new reset
utility. Previously, if you forgot your password your only choice was to
have it reset by filling out a form and faxing it in or by visiting the
UITS Support Center in person. Now, in addition to the previous methods,
you can simply reset it from anywhere by answering a set of questions
that you designate to verify your identity.

To take advantage of the tool, which is a component of the Account
Management System, you must first enroll and set up your questions in
the password self-service program at:
